| The most important feature of MED Multi-App is that you answer commonly asked questions only once. These questions are located in a series of screens called "Medical Practice Information" and "Physician Information". In "Medical Practice Information" you can fill out information about your medical practice, eliminating repetitious data entry of the same answers for each physician. In "Physician Information" you add all of the physicians in your practice and fill out individual information about them, including personal information, educational history, medical licensing, board certification, and malpractice history. You then select a credentialing form to complete. Answers to the commonly asked questions, which you have already completed, automatically appear in the spaces provided for those questions on the form. All you need to do is complete the remaining questions that are specific to that form. When you are finished, MED Multi-App provides a list of any questions you did not complete. This ensures that you do not submit a form with missing answers. When you are ready to submit the form, you can either preview the pages on the computer screen or just print them out. The form is identical to the "real" form obtained from the HMO or hospital, and the answers you entered are neatly printed in the spaces provided.
